CHIEF OF PLANNING AND ENGINEERING
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Chief of Planning and Engineering is responsible for high level leadership in conceptualizing, developing, implementing and overseeing all strategic initiatives and teams delivering planning, engineering, construction, environmental and developmental activities for the Department of Port Control at Cleveland Hopkins International and Burke Lakefront Airports. This experienced professional provides leadership, strategic direction and operational guidance including but limited to; five and ten year Airport Capital Improvement Plan, the Master Plan, AIP funding, project development, project implementation, stakeholder relationships, airfield compliance as it relates to construction, physical developments and safety, environmental, DBE, non-aeronautical development, business development and leadership.
