AIRPORT OPERATIONS COORDINATOR I
Under the direction of the Airport Security and Operations Center Manager, the Operations Coordinator I provides centralized security and communications oversight for the airport while working in the 24/7/365 Airport Operations Center. The primary duties of this position include monitoring surveillance cameras, access points, alarms, energy management systems, weather-related equipment, phones, and radios. AOCs assist with terminal, TSA & FAA inspections, tests and audits as well as assisting airport management on matters involving safety, security, and customer service. Acting as “Trusted Agents”, AOCs are responsible for viewing, recording, and processing background checks for airport badge holders. Promotion opportunities exist after 12 months of service. Incumbents in this classification report directly to the Chief Operating Officer. The Emergency Manager establishes direction for planning, training, exercise, response, and recovery initiatives and serves as the coordinating authority for emergencies. Responsible to lead and guide ONT’s response to and recovery from, airport critical incidents, emergencies, and disasters (natural, acts of terrorism, and other incidents and accidents that impact business).

AIRPORT OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
This position is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the runway and taxiway system under Part 139 requirements, as well as other requirements under TSR 1540, 1542, and 1544. Incumbent staff are required to work shift schedules, and are considered essential personnel for emergency response. Staff may also be called upon to perform additional duties, including duties related to routine facilities maintenance such as snow removal, as needed. This position is subject to call 24 hours a day as necessary to maintain operations at the Wilmington Airport - ILG, a commercial airport in the Philadelphia Region, or other Delaware airport facilities operated by the DRBA. Ability to pass airfield driver certification, Part 139 and SIDA testing within 60 days of hire; Subject to background investigation, STA and CHRC; Ability to be trained in the operation and use of a firearm; Effective communication skills; Closing Date: Open until filled

AIRLINE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM MANAGER
As the Airline Business Development Program Manager, you will be responsible for critical research and data accumulation for identifying new, or enhancing existing, routes and airline business opportunities, while assisting in the development and implementation of strategies to maintain and drive demand for air service at Washington Dulles International and Reagan National Airports. Serves in the Office of Airline Business Development in the Office of Chief Revenue Officer at Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD). In support of the Vice President and the Airline Business Development Directors (ABDD), provides critical research and data accumulation for identifying new, or enhancing existing, routes and airline business opportunities. Develops integral network leads and liaisons influencing marketing decisions and leveraging new business opportunities. Tracks and anticipates market trends and proactively prepares team by providing key data to include forecasts and critical analysis.
