AIRPORT SECURITY COORDINATOR/OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
The City of Idaho Falls Regional Airport (IDA) is seeking an Airport Security Coordinator/Operations Supervisor. Reports to the Airport Operations Manager. As a member of the management team, the ideal candidate will have extensive working knowledge of TSA Part 1542, FAR Part 139 and local, state and federal regulations applicable to the operation of a Part 139 commercial service airport. Qualifications: bachelor's degree in aviation management, business management or a related field and three (3) years of experience dealing directly with Airport Security TSR 1542 at a Part 139 commercial service airport, one (1) year of which must have been in an Airport Security Coordinator (ASC) or Alternate Airport Security Coordinator capacity. Additional industry training and certifications such as AAAE ASOS, Security ACE and CM preferred. Annual salary $53,206-$73,694 with excellent benefits package. AIRPORT OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
The purpose of the Airport Operations Coordinator is to provide support to all functions of the Operations section of Ellington Field (EFD). Selected candidate will inspect aircraft movement areas based on FAR 139 and FAA Spaceport requirements. Identifies and communicates operational, safety, and security concerns with Control Tower. Participates in various phases of emergency management, irregular operations, special operations, and special events, while also interacting with airport tenants, federal agencies, military, general public, and airport management. Monitors and reviews construction plans and maintenance work activities in operational areas. Collaborate with airport tenants to ensure compliance with airport leases, contracts, standards and policies/procedures. Identifies violations and ensures penalties are carried out. May lead or manage employees in the absence of a supervisor. Initiates Self Service Fuel and NOTAMS as required by federal regulations to maintain an operation log of airfield activities.

AIRPORT DIRECTOR
Responsible for the administration and supervision of the operations and maintenance of the county’s airport. Responsibilities include planning, organization and implementation of operational and maintenance procedures. Work includes inspections of airport facilities, developing and/or modifying policies and procedures in compliance with applicable FAA, State and Local regulations Administrate and supervise the operations and maintenance of the airport. Prepares the annual budget including calculating future revenues, estimated current spending and future employee and capital improvement expenditures. Operates within annual budget constraints. Acts as a liaison between the County, FAA and Wisconsin Bureau of Aeronautics. Ensures compliance with standards of Federal Aviation Regulations Parts 139 and 49 CFR 1542. Ensures compliance with current and future security requirements as set forth by the Department of Homeland Security and the Transportation Security Administration. Supervise a staff of maintenance personnel and clerical staff including directing work, evaluating job performance, disciplining, etc.

Provide emergency and non-emergency communications response to individuals and entities that request or require support services from Police, Fire, EMS, ARFF, FBO, or Security at Port San Antonio. JOB FUNCTIONS -Coordinate day-to-day activities of Kelly Field through a 24-hour operations center. -Monitor security/emergency equipment and/or systems and closed circuit television monitors, report breaches of security to security patrols, other appropriate personnel. -Answer emergency and non-emergency phone calls, determine nature of request and act upon phone call. -Provide customer service to PASA employees, other governmental agencies and tenants by performing duties such as providing work related and emergency information. -Receive and relay of aircraft operations to AMOps. Monitor Unicom frequency and process NOTAMs.
