AIRPORTS PROPERTY SPECIALIST II
The City of Fresno is currently recruiting for an Airports Property Specialist II. Under supervision, the incumbent performs specialized work in the administration and analysis of airports property management. Duties include preparing requests for proposals, lease documents, permits, agreements, and contracts within the framework of existing property management policies and procedures; performing research, developing, and making recommendations in changes and additions to policies and procedures as they affect new and existing tenants; and coordinating contact provisions with other departments and City representatives affected by airport leasing activities. Immediate and future vacancies will be filled from this eligible list for a period of six (6) months from the date the eligible list is created, with the option of extending that period at the City's discretion. If the examination process is suspended for this recruitment, the eligible list may be limited to three (3) months.

AIRPORTS OPERATIONS OFFICER I

Under general supervision, the incumbent will perform administrative duties contributing to the efficiency of Airport operations; monitors and inspects the airfield, airport facilities, and personnel to ensure compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations (FAA), Transportation Security Administration (TSA), and airport policies and procedures. In addition, the Airports Operations Officer is responsible for coordinating airport operations to ensure safety and security of the public, tenants and airport staff. An Airports Operations Officer I, after one year of satisfactory experience with the City, and upon recommendation of the supervisor, may be promoted to Airports Operations Officer II

LTE AIRPORT MANAGEMENT INTERN
Dane County Regional Airport (MSN), Madison, WI Currently has two openings for a one year, full-time, professional internship with exposure to airport operations, security, facilities management, and administration. Qualified candidates will be recent graduates of an airport management degree field or equivalent and have the ability to plan, organize, set priorities, and carry out assignments as directed. Aviation related experience and/or operational knowledge and understanding of 14 CFR Part 139, Certification of Airports and applicable FAA Advisory Circulars preferred.
