AIRPORT OPERATIONS MANAGER
Manage Airport Operations in the performance of 24/7/365 duties. Ensure Milwaukee County Airports are in compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations for the safety of aircraft, passengers, airport patrons, employees, and facilities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manage Operations staff of 23 Prepare operating budget; handle personnel issues relative to hiring, training, motivating, evaluation, disciplining, and terminating. Develop policies and procedures to comply with Federal, State, and Local regulations. Develop revisions and amendments to the Airport Certification Manual, Airport Emergency Plan and Airport Snow and Ice Control Plan. Evaluate the effects of various airport construction and repair projects and establish methods and/or procedures to ensure safety of aircraft, Airport patrons, and employees. Respond to Airport emergencies and snow events. Coordinate airfield emergencies with the Incident Commander of Milwaukee County Fire Department and Milwaukee County Sheriff’s Office.

TERMINAL SERVICES SUPERVISOR
Support the Airport Authority mission, vision, and values statements in all aspects of work. Ensure compliance with FAA and TSA regulations (including but not limited to TSAR 1540 and 1542). Provide direction to Information and Communications Center Agents in the enforcement of rules, regulations, and safety polices/procedures for all tenants in the terminal building and other airport property. Oversee the operations of the Information and Communications Center regarding policies, procedures, and scheduling. Act as the primary trainer for Information and Communications Center Agent new hires. Frequently monitor condition of terminal building and other airport property regarding presentation, cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and efficiency. Act as primary liaison with custodial services personnel. Oversee and conduct airport ID badging and daily access control operations functions and procedures in coordination with Airport Operations Manager and Airport Security Coordinator.
