AIRPORT ADMINISTRATION MANAGER
The City of Idaho Falls is accepting applications for an Airport Administration Manager to assist the Airport Director in the administrative management of the Airport in order to maintain a safe, secure and efficient facility that complies with Federal, State and local regulations and special assignments and projects as directed. This position develops departmental administrative goals with Airport Director; recommends policies and procedures to Director; implements approved policies and procedures. Assists the Director in planning and managing administrative and fiscal activities for the Airport and ensures that administrative offices and processes run smoothly including: Reconciles monthly accounting records and reviews all receiving reports; assist in administering capital projects and departmental budget; tracks Airport Improvement Program (AIP) grants, Passenger Facility Charges (PFC) and other capital projects utilizing appropriate processes and software. Under the general direction of the Operations Manager, the Airport Operations Coordinator I provides coordination, communications, and administrative and operational support to Easterwood Airport (CLL), College Station, TX, in a wide variety of situations ranging from routine to terminal and airfield emergencies. The Airport Operations Coordinator coordinates the activities of the Operations and Maintenance Departments including the handling, and dispatching of incoming calls and maintaining an operations log.
