SENIOR COMMERCIAL PROPERTY MANAGER
GENERAL SUMMARY The Senior Commercial Property Manager is responsible for providing independent management oversight of the Indianapolis Airport Authority’s (the “IAA”) overall tenant base at Indianapolis International Airport and the IAA’s Reliever Airports, excepting the IAA’s vehicle parking operations, retail and car rental operations. The tenant base includes but is not limited to: airline space and support space, hangars, offices, warehouses, fixed base operators, and multi-tenant buildings. The Senior Commercial Property Manager has many duties and/or time allocation associated with the tenant base. Duties in this position include: administration and negotiations to the tenant base, report and document writing/approval to include all amendments to leases and permits, key tenant interactions and problem solving, support to legal matters, accounts receivable interaction with Finance, as well as, project management related activity based on tenant needs and desires including IAA capital infusion of monies to meet growth demands by the tenant base.

AVP AIRPORT SUPERINTENDENT
AVP has an opening for an Airport Superintendent: A 100%, full-time, benefits eligible position. The Airport Superintendent ensures 24/7 oversight of operations, safety, security, and maintenance functions of the airport. The Airport Superintendent will implement the Snow and Ice Control Plan (SICP), hold pre-season and post-season meetings with stakeholders. The individual in this role will oversee and implement the airport certification program under 14 CFR Part 139, maintain the Airport Certification Manual (ACM), and CFR Part 77. The Airport Superintendent will respond to airport emergencies including incidents, accidents, and facilities/infrastructure failures. The Airport Superintendent provides safety, security, and operations training to staff and participates in development and implementation of safety management systems (SMS).
