Under the general direction of the Director of Operations, the Airport Operations and Security Manager is responsible for management of the Des Moines International Airport certification and safety compliance program, enforcement of tenant leases, airport security program requirements, rules and regulations, and applicable local, state, and federal regulations; coordination and oversight of day-to-day tenant and public airside and landside operations. Under general supervision, manages the daily operations and maintenance staff of the San Angelo Regional Airport - Mathis Field (SJT); confirms compliance of airport activities with City, State, and Federal regulations. GATE COORDINATOR
Under the supervision of the Operations and Maintenance Manager the Gate Coordinator is responsible for assigning airline submitted scheduled flights to City of Atlanta common use gates in adherence to all common use regulations. Load and activate airline submitted flight schedules in the Aris (Gate Management System, BB Client, Schedule Builder/Loader). Communicate with airline representative regarding flight schedules. Liaison between Delta Airlines and OAL. Understand and apply all common use regulations. Communicate pertinent gate information to airlines, DOA, AATC, TSA, CBP and other parties. Prepare monthly International flight schedule for airlines, DOA, AATC, TSA, CBP and other parties. Organize use of common use ticket counters Other duties assigned.

DUTY MANAGER - OPERATIONS
Under the supervision of the Operations and Maintenance Manager, the Duty Manager is responsible for ensuring that each facet of the operation performs as intended, that the operation is staffed sufficiently with appropriately trained personnel - Supervisors, Coordinators, Controllers, Security and Utility Agents - and that employees are provided with proper training, tools, uniforms and other resources needed to carry out their duties. Related administrative tasks and other assigned duties are also performed.
