AVIATION PLANNER
Garver is seeking an Aviation Planner to support our growing Aviation team. The location for this position is flexible. This position will be responsible for completing technical planning elements and supporting documents for Part 139 airports and general aviation facilities. Planning elements may include, forecasting, capacity analysis, facility requirements, alternatives development and CIP planning for master plan projects and other planning studies. Airfield planning will be a major focus of the position, but responsibilities will also include elements of landside access, ground transportation, vehicle parking, cargo, and support areas planning. System planning elements are also included in the list of possible planning assignments. Responsibilities: Planning activities as part of a larger planning team. Direct the production of high quality exhibits and documents to communicate the results of the planning study elements. Contribute to the overall success of the team. Pursue certification (AICP, AAAE CM, PMP) as appropriate.

ASSISTANT AIRPORT MANAGER
The Pittsfield Municipal Airport is seeking a dynamic and qualified individual to fill the position of Assistant Airport Manager. Under the supervision of the Airport Manager, the Assistant Manager shall perform office administration duties that include security badging, budgeting, payroll, purchasing, submission of required documentation, and occasional operational management of all functions of a municipal airport. The incumbent may periodically assist with various Airport projects as deemed necessary or assigned. The Assistant Manager shall act in place of the Airport Manager during their absence, and at such times and under such conditions as the Airport Commission may direct. The Assistant will be responsible to provide infrastructure for aircraft operations and parking and movement of aircraft, firefighting and rescue coordination, airport security, and law enforcement coordination, regulatory compliance and enforcement as well as overall airport safety conditions. The Assistant Manager will assist in inspecting airport for compliance with FAA regulations.

BUSINESS MANAGER
The intent of this job description is to provide a representative summary of the major duties and responsibilities performed by employees in this job. Employees may be requested to perform job-related tasks other than those specifically presented in this description. Serves as the liaison between the Authority and business partners/tenants to manage the tenant operation on the Airport. Coordinates daily with general managers to ensure operations are performed according to lease standards. Facilitates tenant meetings to exchange information, direct changes and foster tenant relations. Enforces lease obligations; ensures Airport safety rules; provides customer service; and maintains clean and efficient leased space. Coordinates with tenant on logistics for repairs, supply deliveries and space modifications.
