CAPITAL PROJECTS CONSTRUCTION COORDINATOR
Apply on or before 5pm EST 10/27/2017 Salary Range $18.99 to $43.51/hourly. Hiring rate generally will not exceed $33.83/hour This is responsible professional work implementing planned capital projects. The incumbent is responsible for project details from start to finish, which includes contract administration and project inspection as well as the oversight of the permitting process and implementing environmental management plans. Reviews the work of design professionals, construction inspectors, and contractors during the construction phase of capital projects; reviews, prepares and approves minor change order requests; reviews, prepares and makes recommendations for major change order requests; conducts pre-bid meetings and pre-construction conferences; reviews contractors' pre-qualification applications for approval or rejection; issues verbal and written requests and instructions to contractors. Monitors departmental compliance with grant obligations and passenger facility charge requirements as it applies to the construction phases of capital projects. Performs related work as required.

DIRECTOR OF FACILITIES
We are looking for a true leader to provide guidance to various skilled trades groups which include: plumbing, painting, carpentry, and HVAC. In this role we are looking for someone who is comfortable using Data-Driven analytics to provide DEN leaders with business-case options and understand the logic behind priorities based-budgeting, and in advocacy of infrastructure priorities that are predicated upon mission-impact and facility-condition indices. The Director of Facilities Management will also function as an integral member of the Maintenance Division Senior Leadership Team and, in coordination with peer Directors, analyze efficiency, productivity, means/methods for optimal performance to recommend continual improvement options. The SLT's focus will be divided between tactical problem-solving and managerial development (approximately 30% of the time), operational planning and programming (approximately 50% of the time), mentoring and leadership development (15% of the time).

SENIOR DIRECTOR OF MAINTENANCE
Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Airport Infrastructure Management, the Senior Director of Maintenance leads the operations and functions of the division. This is a tactical position that runs the day-to-day operations of the division and is responsible for the oversight of the following sections: Field Maintenance, Fleet Maintenance, Facility Maintenance, and Technical Maintenance. This position will develop objectives while implementing strategies and managing plans, programs, and projects.

CHIEF, AIRCRAFT RESCUE & FIRE FIGHTING
This position is responsible for the management, coordination and reporting of all Aircraft/Rescue/Firefighting services at Lee County Port Authority airports, in accordance with applicable federal and state requirements and the policies and standards prescribed by the governing board of the Port Authority, to ensure compliance with federal regulations. This is a highly specialized position requiring expertise and ability in aircraft crash fire rescue essential to the prevention and minimization of loss to property and life within the jurisdictional area covered by the airport. The chief is responsible for ensuring proper development of fire prevention, suppression strategies and training programs that will meet the needs of the community and provide an acceptable safety standard. Assists in the planning and conduct of emergency disaster drills and is capable of assisting in an emergency with various fire ground tasks; must be able to complete the physical requirements set forth by the department.
