ASSISTANT MARKETING MANAGER
Norman Y. Mineta San José International Airport (SJC) is recruiting for an Assistant Marketing Manager (Senior Public Information Representative) dedicated to enhancing domestic and international traveler Airport awareness, usage, and preference of the Airport. The Assistant Marketing Manager will lead strategy and execution of the Airport’s digital and experiential marketing efforts to meet/exceed the expectations of travelers and drive measurable outcomes. The individual in this role will utilize a variety of channels such as owned and paid social media channels, display and search advertising, Email, Search Engine Optimization, community events, sponsorships, and influencers/new partnerships to drive qualified travelers to the Airport’s website, landing pages, and Airline partner websites. This individual will also focus on enhancing the traveler experience on the FlySJC.com website, in the terminals, and all other touchpoints using engaging storytelling via design, script, long-form and short-form copy, images and videos, and relevant information via API feeds.

AIRPORT OPERATIONS AGENT
Entry-level airport operations positions at the Midland International Air & Space Port. Assists the AOCC Supervisor with specific airport operations involving airside, landside, security, and communications activities of a Part 139 small hub airport. Duties include daily airfield and terminal building inspections to comply with local, state, and federal regulations; Airport ID Badge issuance and fingerprinting; assurance of Part 1542 compliance with access control system; NOTAM issuance; responding to inquiries from the public, airport tenants, airlines, and governmental regulatory agencies. Involves shift work, weekends, and holidays. Minimum requirements include a B.S. degree in aviation management, business administration, or related field and the ability to obtain a Texas Class C driver's license.

BUSINESS DIVERSITY COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST
The Business Diversity Compliance Specialist will be responsible for implementing aspects of the Authority’s Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), Woman Minority Business Enterprise (WMBE), and Title VI programs and ensuring that the Authority complies with provisions of U.S. Department of Transportation 49 C.F.R. Part 26 and other laws. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Business Diversity, the incumbent analyzes procurement documents and information to identify business opportunities for DBEs and WMBEs; determines goals for contracts, and monitors DBE/WMBE payment activity reports for goal compliance. The position also provides technical assistance to the Procurement department and other internal staff on DBE and WMBE requirements. The position will also be responsible for administering the Authority’s Title VI and Limited English Proficiency Programs.
