EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Reports to and takes direction from the Governing Board. Plans, organizes, develops, approves and publishes specific policies, programs and methods, designed to implement the general policies established by the Governing Board. Directs the effective and efficient operation and growth of the Port Authority, and makes recommendations to the Board of Directors with respect to these activities and future plans. Delegates adequate authority to subordinates to properly carry out their responsibilities and objectives, and defines, in writing, limitations of that authority so that they are clearly understood with respect to policies, contracts, expenditures and actions, which affect personnel. Develops and recommends to the Board long-range plans, cognizant of lead time, to bring major developments to fruition to ensure a viable operation continuously capable of fulfilling the role of the Authority. Recommends annually new and/or revised objectives to the Board to meet changing needs, and reports on the progress towards these objectives.

MANAGER, MAINTENANCE SERVICES
Under the direction of the Director of Maintenance this highly responsible position oversees a nine-person team responsible for directing the planning, coordinating, contracting, and scheduling of internal and external staff and materials needed to complete maintenance and construction projects. This responsibility extends to all MNAA facilities to include MNAA Properties Corporation (MPC) properties. Directs the planning, coordinating, and scheduling of internal and external staff and materials needed to complete maintenance and small construction projects; Manages maintenance and contracted services related to baggage handlings systems, landscaping, buildings, roads, airfield, grounds, radios, passenger boarding bridges, and housekeeping; Supervises the Planning and Maintenance Control staff.

SENIOR COORDINATOR, AIRPORT OPERATIONS

AIRPORT OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
Conduct airfield inspections to identify, assess, and mitigate hazardous conditions; inspect the condition of airfield lighting, pavement, and markings. Coordinate airport security badging program. Manage airport noise program and generate monthly noise reports. May be assigned to act as Airport Manager in managers absence.
