CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
ROLES + RESPONSIBILITIES Core Functions •Strategic direction and planning, and well as tactical management and execution of goals •Manage staff and oversee the activities of finance, operations, maintenance and construction •Responsible for the day-to-day business operations at the airport •Responsible for managing P&L, budget development and execution Represents MASP’s interests on local and national legislative initiatives •Negotiate and close complex contracts •Provide actionable recommendations to increase revenue and decrease expenses within each budget year •Actively seek training opportunities for key staff to develop and grow •Communicate actions and coordinate business initiatives to grow the regional aerospace market and air and space port revenue stream •Responsible for overall customer satisfaction and business growth •Manage outside consultants and contractors as required for specific District activities.

THE INSTRUCTIONAL PROGRAM MANAGER – FIRE ACADEMY (ARFF)
Florida State College at Jacksonville seek an Instructional Program Manager (IPM) - Fire Academy. The IPM – Fire Academy manages the assigned Aircraft Rescue Fire Fighting Training instructional program(s) and related community services, including related and particular administrative details and provides instruction. The Fire Academy of the South (FAS) has a state of the art ARFF simulator. Fire fighters from around the world travel to the FAS to receive ARFF training. FAS provides a one stop, turn key high-quality training program. This allows Fire Chiefs to send their fire fighters to the FAS with relative ease. This position will not only be the lead ARFF instructor, but also coordinate the logistics of local travel, hotel stays, and catering during training days. This position will schedule training days and supervise a pool of ARFF adjunct instructors. This position will report to the Assist Director of the Fire Academy of the South.
