REVENUE ACCOUNTING & COLLECTIONS MANAGER
The Revenue Accounting & Collections Manager will support the Office of Finance at the Headquarters Office in Arlington, VA. Oversees billing, revenue recognition, accounts receivables, collections, and assists in resolving customer requests to accomplish the efficient delivery of financial results. Manages a team of Accountants and Accounting Technician responsible for revenue recognition, accounts receivables, billing, collections, account reconciliations, and month-end/year-end close. Provides overall objectives, policy guidance, and coordinates revenue projections. Develops and prepares financial statements, revenue and accounts receivable reports, reconciles accounts, and ensures the accuracy of the Airports Authority’ revenue and accounting data. SENIOR AIRPORT OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
The Certification and Operations Division of the Santa Barbara Airport is currently recruiting for a Senior Airport Operations Specialist. The Senior Airport Operations Specialist serves, on a 24x7 rotating shift basis, as the Airport's central point of contact for Airport tenants and outside agencies, as well as the primary point of contact for shift coordination and oversight of Airport Specialists on duty. This position assists the Airport Operations Supervisor with duties and special projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FAR Part 139 compliance; TSR Part 1542 compliance; dispatch communications; operations services and activities of an airport, as well as operational characteristics of airport security and communications equipment. Throughout the day this position may be assigned to tasks in the Airport Operations Center (AOC), the airfield, and the airline terminal. MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

SUPPLIER DIVERSITY COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST
The Supplier Diversity Compliance Specialist will support the Office of Supply Chain Management in the Headquarters Office in Arlington, VA. Establishes and ensures the implementation of pre-award and post-award contract compliance goals and requirements for solicitations. Leads the development and implementation of strategic plans and procedures of DBE, Local Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (LDBE), Airport Concessions Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) programs, and applicable compliance activities. Analyzes the number of DBE/LDBE/ACDBE firms available to perform individual items in the SOW for all solicitations. Works with Contracting Officer’s Technical Representatives (COTRs) and Contracting Officers and Managers to identify, goal set, promote, and monitor, business opportunities for DBEs, LDBEs, and ACDBEs. Performs post-award compliance to ensure that DBE, LDBE, and ACDBE participation in the contract award is achieved and the disadvantaged firms are performing a commercially useful function.

SENIOR TRADESWORKER, AIRFIELD
This skilled work involves installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of airfield lighting, building systems, electrical equipment and/or systems, using hand tools, power tools and various measuring and testing instruments. Work is reviewed by a supervisor who occasionally inspects work in progress, and upon completion for compliance with instructions and for serviceability of equipment repaired or installed. Assume the duties of Crew Chief during periods of his or her absence.

AIRPORT OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
Under supervision, the Airport Operations Coordinator performs a variety of duties at a general aviation, Part 139 Certificated airport. Responsibilities include recording all aircraft operations for billing purposes, monitoring phones and radios, and coordinating construction projects. As assigned, assist Airport Operations Supervisor in conducting airfield inspections and reporting all deficiencies found on the AOA. Issue NOTAMS as instructed. Responsible for airfield safety to include identifying, preventing, and removing all hazards to aviation including FOD, wildlife, unauthorized vehicles and pedestrian entry. Through in-house training must qualify to operate snow removal equipment and secure certification as a weather observer. Responsible for maintaining customer contacts through positive lines of communication. Professionally represents company through frequent and meaningful contact with the customer. Individual must be willing to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Individual will be working in a Teamwork environment. May also perform other duties incidental to the above.
