AIRPORT SIGNAGE MANAGER
The purpose of this job is to provide high-level airport Signing & Graphics way finding expertise to direct and manage the day-to-day activities of the airport-wide Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (H-JAIA) Signing & Graphics program as part of the Project Development Division of the Planning & Development Bureau, within the Department of Aviation (DOA). This manager works under the direction of the Assistant Director of Project Development and provides functional and operational support to technical staff assigned to signage projects for which he/she is assigned and supervises/coordinates the work of other signing & graphics design consultants.

ASSET MANAGER
Manages total cost of ownership and planning for Department of Aviation’s diverse asset portfolio which includes setting, analyzing, managing and improving performance metrics for the portfolio’s performance and meeting and exceeding where possible industry standards for asset management.. Manages and coordinates planning, design, and development programs at the Airport including master planning, conceptual design and project development. Work may include the review and approval of preliminary plans, cost estimates, compliance plans, feasibility and impact studies, and the coordination of all tenant related functions, such as renewal and replacement of assets, total cost of ownership, site selection, and other facets of asset and facility management. Manages, interprets, and communicates data associated with asset performance with various internal and external stakeholders. This is an experienced managerial level position charged with responsibility for one or more activities within a department. Position plans and coordinates with professional resources.

AIRPORT DIRECTOR
The City of Prescott Airport Director is responsible under general direction to plan, organize, monitor, coordinate, and direct the use of airport and other resources in the development, operation and use of Prescott Municipal Airport in accordance with established policies and procedures; coordinate with City departments, consultants, Federal and State agencies as appropriate in the preparation and administration of the annual airport budget, long range planning, CIP projects, public relations, grant coordination, airport planning, airline service, enforcement of rules and regulations governing the use of the airport and airport operations and maintenance; evaluate and improve operations, management and airport services for the benefit of the public; market the airport; prepare airport business plan and work with consultants in the preparation and implementation of the Airport Master Plan; supervise daily operations of the airport including inspection of the airport in accordance with FAR Part 139 and TSAR 1542.
