ASSISTANT AIRPORT PUBLIC SAFETY AND SECURITY MANAGER
Assists department manager in day-to-day safety and security of Milwaukee County's airports. Aids in ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations for safety and security of aircraft, passengers, airport patrons, employees and facilities. Provides continuity of operations in absence of department manager. Develops and supervises audit and inspection program. Update and maintain airport's TSA-Approved Security Program (ASP). Develops procedures to ensure each function complies with appropriate regulatory requirements and personnel are trained in the ASP. Develop and implement policies. Develops procedures for airport construction, VIP visits, special events to ensure that all safety and security protocols are addressed and maintained.
