AIRSIDE OPERATIONS MANAGER
San Francisco International Airport is offering an outstanding career opportunity to join this award winning and progressive organization as Airside Operations Director. Under general direction of the Managing Director Safety and Security Services, the Airside Operations Director will lead and direct Airside Operations and the supporting unit activities. This vital position is responsible for ensuring compliance of FAA Part 139 – Certification of Airports, safety and operational compliance for non-movement areas comprised of five domestic and two international terminals, over 100 gates, remote bus operations, and more than 9.5 million square feet of movement area operational space. The Airside Operations Director will develop, administer, and monitor the budget for the Airside Operations Department including forecasting staff, vehicles, and equipment. Currently, this position supervises a total staff of approximately 50.

REAL-PROPERTY AGENT III - AVIATION
The Riverside County Economic Development Agency is seeking a Real Property Agent III within their Aviation Division. The incumbent will be responsible for the master tenant leases, which includes negotiating and monitoring aviation leases, ground and building leases, concession controls, and property agreements at the 5 County airports (Chiriaco Summit, French Valley, Hemet-Ryan, Jacqueline Cochran, and Blythe). Additionally, he/she will oversee Federal Aviation Grants and land acquisitions, as well as respond to tenant complaints. The Real Property Agent III will travel to the various airports to monitor leases and meet with tenants to discuss improvements and construction.

AIRPORT OPERATIONS CONTROL CENTER (AOCC) SPECIALIST
The Jacksonville Aviation Authority (JAA) welcomes applications through November 8, 2019. This is technical work in receiving and transmitting a variety of calls to include normal, irregular, emergency calls, information and messages within the Airport Operations Control Center (AOCC) and in coordination with JAA personnel, airlines, tenants, TSA, FAA, and other agencies/groups at JAX. Work requires knowledge of emergency communications operating procedures, with the ability to operate various communications equipment, including phones and radios. Contacts require answering and responding to various types of calls from individuals and require assertiveness as well as sensitivity to ensure appropriate information is gathered and transmitted according to the situation. The scope of work is managed by standard operating procedures and department guidelines, but the employee has the latitude to take action according to the specific situation and must be able to adjust to situations not previously encountered.
