AIRPORT OPERATIONS COORDINATOR II
Under the general supervision of the Airport Operations and Security Manager and direction of the Airport Operations Supervisors, the Airport Operations Coordinator II is responsible for operation and monitoring of airport security systems, safety, and building control systems, assures continuous safety and security compliance FAR Part 139, Part 77, TSR Part 1542, Airport Certification Manual, Airport Security Program, DMAA Rules and Regulations, and other applicable federal, state, and local statutes regulations and requirements. Provide operational support to the public, airport tenants, and Authority personnel. Operates various computer software applications and performs related work as required. The nature of the work performed requires that an employee in this class interact with other Authority employees, airport tenants, vendors, and the public. Employee must be capable of prioritizing several tasks concurrently. This is an entry level airport operations position which will provide the applicant various levels of experience needed to be successful!

AIRPORT NOISE MONITORING SPECIALIST
The Airport Noise Monitoring Specialist performs a wide range of airport management responsibilities and provides specialized knowledge in noise abatement and noise management for the airport and surrounding areas. Experience in Airport operations and procedures commonly used at both air carrier and general aviation airports. Knowledge of Federal, state, and local aircraft noise regulations and environmental standards, specifically FAR Parts 150 and 161, practices and techniques of sound monitoring using complex electronic and computer equipment. Noise characteristics of various categories of aircraft, including fixed and rotary wing, jet, and reciprocating engines preferred. Candidates with C.M., A.A.E. or ACE in Operations or having a private pilot license is highly preferred. Will work with Airport Operations, Federal Aviation Administration, and Local Community.

The Eugene Airport is looking to fill the Projects and Environmental Compliance Manager position who directs technical consultant scope of work and schedules related to the planning, surveying, design, and construction of complex capital improvement projects on the airport. This position works in conjunction with the Airport Project Manager – Construction, overseeing environmental compliance to ensure successful completion of construction. This position oversees the development of proposals and execution of work including the development and implementation of permitting strategies for major development projects. The position is the lead individual for identifying permit requirements, scheduling permit applications, developing permitting strategies, and managing timely completion of deliverables. The ideal candidate possesses in-depth technical, project and client management experience, NEPA and state environmental documentation, environmental regulatory permitting, wetland restoration planning, wetlands science, cultural resource management, and protected species management.
