VICE PRESIDENT & CFO
Under general supervison of President & CEO, the Vice President & CFO is responsible for execution and management of all financial activities for Capital Region Airport Authority, owner and operator of Capital Region International Airport (LAN) and Mason Jewett Field (TEW). Plan, implement and direct all financial functions for the Airport Authority. Oversee the accounting and properties administration functions for the Airport Authority. Facilitate and implement the annual budget planning process, monitor the annual budget and prepare/provide reports for monthly Airport Authority Board meetings. Plan and administer all fiscal programs including budget preparation, Federal, State and local funding programs, Passenger and Customer Facility Charge programs, financial reporting and investments. Manage financial aspects of Federal and State grants; audit consultant/contractor payments on grant funded projects and request reimbursements from the FAA and MDOT as appropriate. Prepare, plan, coordinate and communicate directly with independent auditing firms for the Airport Authority annual audit.

AIRPORT OPERATIONS OFFICER
The Operations Officer is responsible for various duties at the airport as directed by operational requirements, while ensuring safety standards and compliance codes are being upheld. This position also ensures compliance with FAA, DOT, local, state, and federal regulations. •Update and maintain all required pertinent records on the computer based Airport Operations Daily Log. •Maintains the airport safety and security under FAR Part 139 and reporting any discrepancies to the Airport Operations Supervisor. •Qualify as an Aircraft Rescue Fire Fighter (ARFF), drive and operate specialized ARFF vehicles for response to all aircraft alerts and emergencies. •Ability to drive and operate all major airport operations vehicles and snow removal equipment during Winter Snow Operations. Perform tasks at the Snow Command Desk, file Notices to Airmen (NOTAM’s), Airfield Self Inspections, and update airfield conditions reports. •Upon qualifying in USDA Wildlife Hazardous Management Training Program, perform wildlife mitigation services at the airport.

DIRECTOR OF CAPITAL PLANNING & ACCOUNTING
Reporting to the Vice President of Finance, this position is responsible for the coordination of the Authority’s Capital Improvement Program (CIP), state and federal grant funding, grant billing, project payments, capital assets, and project performance reporting. This includes development of the short- and long-range capital improvement program, project cost tracking and forecasting, records management, performance measures, and process improvements. Direct Reports: Projects and Grants Finance Manager and the Development Committee Manager.

Manager on Duty The Manager on Duty is responsible for oversight of UGE’s operational performance and employee group at a hub location while supporting a safe, caring, dependable and efficient work environment.
