CAPITAL PROJECT MANAGER
The job of the Capital Project Manager (CPM) was established for the purposes of: coordinating and managing assigned construction and capital improvement projects and related activities; disseminating information related to capital maintenance to others internal and external to the Airport District; and implementing and maintaining a Capital Project Process within established guidelines and standards. Assists in developing specifications for construction, repair, replacement, and renovation projects, as assigned (e.g. specifications, permits, project schedules, cost analysis, purchasing/bid processes, and construction administration, etc.). Assists in the creation of District-wide multiyear capital construction/improvement plans. Coordinates capital construction activities for the purpose of ensuring that all phases of construction projects are completed within specifications, building codes, laws and regulations, and with minimal interruption to Airport passengers, visitors, personnel, and tenants. Evaluates potential sites and/or condition of existing locations. Inspects and/or assists in inspecting all aspects of construction

ASSISTANT AIRPORT OPERATIONS MANAGER - DENVER INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
The Airside Operations team at Denver International Airport (DEN) has an opening for an Assistant Airport Operations Manager (AAOM). This position will work with a team of other AAOM's and the Airport Operations Manager (AOM) to manage the day-to-day operations at Denver International Airport to ensure the safety and security of the traveling public and airport employees. In this position you will work on the airfield to monitor compliance of airport/ federal regulations. You will also assist with other activities, such as emergency management and snow removal. In this position you have the opportunity to learn all about airfield management and operations, with additional increasing responsibilities and potential growth.
