CITY OF FORT WORTH AVIATION DIRECTOR
Mackenzie Eason & Associates has been retained by the City of Fort Worth to recruit the next Aviation Director. Reporting to the Assistant City Manager, the Aviation Director will provide leadership over the Aviation Department's operations and activities that oversee three airports: Alliance, Spinks, and Meacham International. The Aviation Department is a financially autonomous enterprise department supported through the collection of hangar and ground lease revenue, fuel flowage fees, Alliance revenue percentage, and administration building revenue. The Aviation Director will monitor and evaluate the day-to-day activities of airside and landside operations and strategize and oversee capital construction projects at the City of Fort Worth airports.

FISCAL & OPERATIONS MANAGER - AIRPORT
The Fiscal & Operations Manager assists the Department Director with Administrative Financial and Human Resource operations; particularly in the areas of planning, organizing, directing and monitoring of resources. Serves as liaison with Finance, Payroll, HR, Civil Service IT, Risk Management, Contractors and other Business Unit personnel both within the Department and across the City.
