COUNTY AIRPORT MANAGER
The Riverside County Transportation Land Management Agency is recruiting for a County Airport Manager to join the Aviation Department. The County Airport Manager will function independently and will be responsible for directing the daily coordination and operation of the County's 5 airports: Blythe, Chiriaco Summit, French Valley, Hemet-Ryan, and Jacqueline Cochran. The incumbent will oversee the budget and manage a staff of approximately 12 employees. They will provide direction to staff responsible for contract grant administration and ensure that County airports are in compliance with all Federal, State, and local codes and regulations. The County Airport Manager will be responsible for overseeing tenant leases, capital improvement projects, and other grant related functions. Competitive candidates will have general airport management experience as well as experience managing capital improvement projects. Experience with airport related real estate and grant proposal processes is also highly desired.

AIRPORTS DEPUTY DIRECTOR, PLANNING & OUTREACH
The San Luis Obispo Airport is conducting an open recruitment for a new position of Deputy Director, Planning and Outreach. The individual in this role will be a key member of the Airport's senior leadership team and play an instrumental role in the overall strategic direction of the airport. The individual will report directly to the Airport Director and be responsible for the planning, development and external communication of programs relating to the County airports. They will advise the Director in making strategic decisions regarding the public advancement of the Airport and have responsibility for the development and execution of aviation strategic objectives and marketing/advertising programs for the airports. Additionally, the individual will work with the executive team to drive business by increasing airline passenger growth and non-airline revenue generation. AIRSIDE OPERATIONS FIELD MANAGER - CONSTRUCTION
The Airside Operations Field Manager – Construction ensures operational excellence in supporting the Airside Operations Division of the Houston Airport System. The Airside Operations Field Manager coordinates the various phases of construction on or affecting the airfield and analyzes projects to determine operational impact and verifies compliance with current and applicable Federal Regulations to include CFR 14 Part 139. This position is the primary point of contact for all HAS construction for all airfield construction related activities and operations. This position ensures all airfield construction areas remain compliant with required inspections, certifications and meets all safety standards and coordinates with management, stakeholders, and related governmental agencies to review policies, regulations, and practices to ensure safety, compliance and operational effectiveness. This position provides back-up and support to the Airside Field Supervisors to maintain a safe and secure airport environment and serve as the construction coordinator during airfield emergencies and irregular operations.

The Airside Operations Field Manager – Cargo is the primary point of contact for all ground handlers, airlines, freight forwarders, and government agencies for all cargo related activities and operations. This position ensures all facilities remain operational, within safety standards, up to date with required inspections, certifications, and compliant with tenant lease agreements. The Airside Operations Field Manager – Cargo also coordinates with management, stakeholders and related governmental agencies to review policies, regulations, and practices to ensure relevance and facilitate trade. This position provides back-up and fill-in support to the Airside Field Supervisors to maintain a safe and secure airport environment in accordance with all federal state, local and airport rules and regulations; and serve as the primary cargo representative during airfield emergencies and irregular operations.
