DUTY MANAGER - OPERATIONS
Under the supervision of the Operations and Maintenance Manager, the Duty Manager is responsible for ensuring that each facet of the operation performs as intended, that the operation is staffed sufficiently with appropriately trained personnel - Supervisors, Coordinators, Controllers, Security and Utility Agents - and that employees are provided with proper training, tools, uniforms and other resources needed to carry out their duties. OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, the Operations Supervisor oversees, schedules and coordinates the efficient operation and use of the facilities and ramp towers. Related administrative tasks and other assigned duties are also performed. Supervise, schedule and strategically position TBI AM personnel to ensure an efficient operation Ensure that all Airport rules and regulations and Company procedures regarding Airport operations and safety are observed and properly followed during the performance of activities. Provide instruction and direction on resolving critical incidences/situations, security related activity, security breaches, alarm violations, etc. Establish work schedules and assign duties; review work for thoroughness and coordinate work with other departments and subcontractors Supervise ramp control operations on HJAIA non-movement areas Train and evaluate the performance of Operations Coordinators including the preparation of formal performance evaluations as well as informal feedback. Advise management on recommended actions to improve safety, security and efficiency of operation.

OPERATIONS DUTY MANAGER
Responsible for performing tasks related to the daily operations of the Memphis International Airport and for FAR 139 compliance on an assigned shift. Responsible for coordination of security and maintenance matters after normal work hours, weekends and holidays. Serves as Manager on Duty in the absence of senior management. Works cooperatively with the Manager of Operations in the preparation and maintenance of the Airport Certification Manual, Emergency Plan, Terminal Evacuation Plan, and other Part 139 required documents. Requires bachelor's degree/equivalent in Aviation Management, Business Administration, Public Administration or related field, 3 years experience in an airport environment at a major airport. Knowledge of emergency planning, airport operations, airport security, and FAR parts 139, 1540, 1542 and 77. Strong judgment, decision making, organizational and written and verbal communication skills.

As a member of the Connecticut Airport Authority (CAA) senior management team, this position is responsible for all legal work and directing the work of any outside counsel working on behalf of the CAA, and for acting as legal advisor to the Board of Directors and the Executive Director.
