the association receives from classified advertising goes directly to the AAAE Foundation.
The Foundation has awarded more than 2,700 scholarships totaling $4.25 million since 1989.

MANAGER, COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Plan, develop and oversee Authority wide compensation and benefits programs in accordance with applicable federal and state regulations. Monitor market conditions and applicable regulations to design and maintain current and competitive pay structures and pay rates. Oversee the performance evaluation process for the organization. Administer employee benefit programs including but not limited to insurance policies, leaves of absence, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives for compliance, consistency and equity throughout the organization. Represent the Authority/Department at unemployment hearings. Negotiate and monitor contracts with outside suppliers. Supervise employees in assigned areas. Perform other duties as assigned.

SAFETY PROGRAM MANAGER
Develop, implement and manage the Airport’s Safety Management System (SMS) in compliance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) requirements as well as Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) and the Americans with Disability Act (ADA). JOB DUTIES: 1. Organize Safety Risk Management panels. 2. Conduct safety inspections and investigate work related injuries and illnesses. 3. Plan, develop, design, coordinate, oversee, instruct and document safety, health & loss prevention training. 4. Direct & approve development of safety standards for occupations & jobs in department. Direct, develop, and update OSHA standards. 5. Maintain related databases. Monitor & analyze safety data to develop long & short term strategies to improve safety, prepare statistics & reports. 6. Lead and/or participate in various safety committees. 7. Provide written and verbal communication to include reports, presentations, internal/external correspondence. 8. Coordinate identification of accommodations needed for department to comply with the ADA.
