AIRPORT OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
Oversee and ensure the continuity of airport operations including the safe operation of air carrier aircraft, public safety, security, communications and passenger services. Involves: Monitor airport operations and provide guidance and direction to ensure compliance with safety and security requirements set forth by existing City, State and Federal regulations and standards. Inspect airfield to include runways, ramps and taxiways to ensure compliance with FAR Part 139. Investigate safety hazards and initiate corrective action for airfield and terminal discrepancies. Coordinate with air traffic control (ATC) for closing and opening air traffic movement surfaces as necessary. Maintain all records required by FAA for airport operating certificate. Issue Notices to Airmen (NOTAMS), weather advisories, and maintain daily log used to document airport activity for critical decision making. Enforce FAR Part 139, Part 77 and the TSAR 1540 series regulations to comply with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and Transportation Security Administration (TSA) requirements.

SENIOR LAND & CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR
Oversee and administer real property leases for the City and Airport. Involves: Execute and manage leases, contracts, agreements and related documents. Review financial statements, order and analyze appraisals and surveys. Review and approve construction plans and specifications for compliance with aviation standards. Negotiate with potential tenants. Participate in planning development and construction oversight of new facilities. Monitor rent and calculate rental adjustments. Initiate default proceedings. Perform and review a variety of property related assignments. Involves: Negotiate temporary land use agreements. Participate in subdivision development teams. Upgrade status of properties due to changes in city code. Manage environmental closure statements, testing and remediation of environmental issues. Prepare economic feasibility reports. Review easement and rights of way agreements. Prepare requests for proposals or specifications to acquire services. Develop leasing and marketing policy recommendations.

ASSISTANT AIRPORT DIRECTOR/SERVICE MANAGER

Minimum requirements: BA/BS degree in Aviation Science, Business or Public Administration, or closely related field, with 5 years of management or operations experience, preferably related to aircraft ground handling experience or experience managing in a service oriented environment; or any combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills and abilities. Directly responsible for the management of all ATW & BTW Services, Ground Support Equipment Maintenance Shop, Aircraft Maintenance, and Airline Services divisions.
