AIRPORT BUSINESS SERVICES MANAGER
The Santa Barbara Airport has an exciting opportunity for a Business Services Manager. Under the direction of the Airport Director the incumbent supports and promotes revenue and business development efforts, including developing and managing the annual department budget and two-year financial plan as well as revenue and capital forecasts and expenditures. The position trains and supervises staff for the Airport Business Office; negotiates and manages department lease agreements and contracts; prepares and reviews City Council Agenda Reports; represents the department on various City-wide committees; ensures compliance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations governing grants and financial reporting; conducts financial, organizational and operational service delivery studies; plans and reviews work plans for special projects; conducts and attends meetings to analyze, evaluate and review administrative programs, policies, procedures; coordinates the preparation of equipment specifications and authorizes requisitions for materials and supplies. FINANCIAL MANAGER
General Description and Classification Standards Manages an accounting group for assigned department(s) through subordinates to oversee the development, implementation and/or maintenance of one or more accounting systems: journal entries, general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, revenue reconciliation, cash flows in accordance with GAAP polices and procedures. Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of a variety of factors. This position may be more focused on collection and accounting for fees, licenses, rents, etc.

AIRPORT SECURITY REPRESENTATIVE II
General Description and Classification Standards Conducts security inspections and audits of the airport property. Assists in overseeing the daily operations of the computerized access system, reports on security deficiencies, acts as lead worker with junior staff on airport security duties. Acts as lead worker with junior staff members. Supervision Received Direction received is general and focuses on accomplishing objectives which are outlined in policy and procedures on airport security. May work independently or with other staff with responsibility for completion of assigned tasks.
