VICE PRESIDENT, AIRPORT OPERATIONS
The VP, Airport Operations is responsible for safe, secure and efficient airport operations at Pittsburgh International and Allegheny County Airports. A key collaborator with internal partners and federal agencies: Direct/lead airport operations team to ensure compliance with applicable federal aviation and security regulations and Cert Alerts. Develop short- and long-term plans for airport operation teams. Implement the operations and security programs for PIT and AGC. Develop and maintain strategic safety and security programs. Manage contract services for overall airport operation, field maintenance activities, and airport security procedures. Review construction plans related to the Terminal Modernization Program. Lead airport outreach programs. Oversee airport’s irregular operations execution. Manage, evaluate, and develop direct reports and team functions. OPERATIONS CONTROLLER
The role of the Operations Coordinator is to coordinate the general operations of the Airports’ facilities and equipment through the performance of a variety of duties as dictated by operational requirements including airline operations, ground transportation, Airport security, tenant/public relations and public protection. Responsible for manually updating MUFIDS (when required) information and monitoring the same for electronic and human errors. Dispatch appropriate personnel to security alarms. Complete FOD inspections and coordinate ramp sweeping/scrubbing. Daily inspection of Airport facilities for janitorial/maintenance blemishes and seek out structural, mechanical, and housekeeping concerns. Act as an extension of DOA monitoring Airside and Landside Operations, Customer Services, Security, CBP airport tenants and partner airlines. Manage aircraft snow and deicing operations. Responsible for the life-safety of taxiing aircraft and personnel exposed to the effects of engine blasts on Concourse F. Comply with F.A.R. regulations and operational requests from the FAA, CBP, DOA and partner airlines

RAMP CONTROLLER
The role of the entry level position is to control ramp operations for ramps 3 and 4 at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport through the performance of a variety of duties as dictated by operational requirements that include; providing commercial pilots with pushback and taxi instructions through a VHF frequency; actively interact with FAA personnel to determine RNAV runway assignments and configurations; assure compliance with minimum standards and regulations relating to all tenants including airline and ramp procedures.

AVIATION MANAGER

LICENSED ENGINEER
The Broward County Aviation Department which operates the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) and the North Perry Airport (HWO) is seeking a Licensed Engineer to join the Capital Improvement Section of the Airport Development Division. This position is responsible for the management of engineering design and construction, the development of engineering assessments, reports, reviews and studies as needed by the Aviation Department. The incumbent will supervise landside and airside construction projects and lead long-range multi-disciplinary studies that require coordination and approval from agencies such as FDOT and FAA. Knowledge of pavement engineering and familiarity with FDOT, FAA Advisory Circulars, and Federal Regulations are paramount for this position. Other duties include the supervision of staff, consultants and other vendors to achieve the objectives of the Airport Development Division. SENIOR AVIATION MANAGER
. Position available with the Aviation Department, Airport Police division, 1 International Square, KCI Airport. Assumes full responsibility for the planning of efficient landside, airside, and financial operations including maintenance of the multiple divisions of the department. Confers with and advises managers on problems and projects relating to airport operations and/or maintenance including design, construction, inspections. Represents the department in dealing with other governmental agencies including professional and civic organizations concerning airport operations. DIVISION DIRECTOR V - DIRECTOR, AIRPORTS PLANNING AND COMMUNITY AFFAIRS
Performs executive-level management and leadership for the Palm Beach County Department of Airports, Airports Planning and Community Affairs Division, at Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) and three (3) County-owned General Aviation airports. Directs the planning, design and construction of Airport facilities. Responsible for the acquisition, design and construction of Airport facilities and is responsible for completion of facilities on schedule and within budget. Work includes the long range planning for the County Aviation needs and the acquisition of properties and construction of facilities to meet those needs. Responsible for the daily administration of a complex multi-disciplinary division under the general supervision of the Senior Deputy Director of Airports. Work is reviewed through conferences, reports and observations of program effectiveness. Key responsibilities for this position include: Develops and implements the Airport Master Plan for all County public aviation facility needs; develops and implements the five-year Capital Improvement Program (CIP) for Airport facilities for inclusion in the County’s total CIP plan; develops reporting systems to inform tenant of planned versus actual construction progress and capital budget expenditures, as well as standards for facility design and construction; directs the development and maintenance of as-built CADD files for all Airport Facilities; effectively presents information in writing and orally to the administrative superior and various community groups.
