AIRPORT OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
The Airport Operations Supervisor is an FLSA-exempt position under the general supervision of the Airport Manager. The Airport Operations Supervisor assigns, supervises, and inspects work of Airport Operations Technician staff; assists with and performs airfield operations and performs other tasks to ensure compliance with FAA/TSA standards; and responds to and assists with the control of airport disasters and emergencies at or near the San Luis Valley Regional Airport.

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
The Fort Smith Airport Commission is seeking a Director of Operations who will plan, organize, schedule, coordinate, and direct the day-to-day operations of Fort Smith Regional Airport (FSM), including airfield operations, emergency response, building maintenance, and security. The Director of Operations also oversees complex construction projects and develops policies, procedures, and manuals. Responsibilities include forecasting operational needs, developing budgets, supervising, and training staff. Graduation from an accredited college with major course work in aviation, public administration, management, facilities/ construction management or related field is highly desired. A minimum of 4 years of prior supervisory experience at a FAR Part 139 certificated airport and experience with 49 CFR 1542, specifically as the Airport Security Coordinator is also highly desired.

DIRECTOR, EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT
Plans, organizes, administers, oversees and supervises the operation of the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) and Airport Communications Center (ACC). Develops and manages ACC staff members. Sets departmental goals and assists staff in developing individual objectives. Develops an effective emergency preparedness program and serves as the key leader in developing, planning, and coordinating operations to develop and support the program. Responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of all EOC/ACC equipment. Serves as the principal emergency services liaison to other city departments, governmental agencies (Local, State and Federal), local nonprofit organizations (American Red Cross), private businesses and the community at large.

OPERATIONS OFFICER
Under direct supervision, performs assigned duties in the both the Operations Office and Airport Operation Center (AOC); manages use of airport facilities in accordance with established policies and procedures. Maintains airport compliance with Federal Aviation Regulation (FAR) Part 77 and 139, Transportation Security Regulation (TSR) Part 1542, and all other applicable statutes, regulations and requirements and ensures the safety and security of all airport users. Communicates and assists all airport stakeholders. Responsibilities (Essential Functions) Coordinates airport operations during assigned shift, ensuring the safety and security of the public, tenants and airport staff Dispatching, monitoring, and coordinating radio communications with emergency personnel.

AIRPORT MANAGER
The Airport Manager is the leader of the city's general aviation airport and is expected to foster a positive atmosphere and relationship with airport users, employees, residents, advisory committees, and all others who have dealings with the airport. The position will supervise, manage, plan, organize and perform the operations of maintenance, development, administrative activities, and related work as required. The right candidate will possess the following: Strong communication and negotiation skills, experience with general aviation airport management, FAA AIP grant administration, safety standards, master plans, obstruction removal plans, snow management, development, and leasing. Should have experience managing partnerships with FBO's and US Forest Service firefighting operations, charter flying services, and life-flight. Proficiency in evaluating and commenting on land use applications within the airport influence area.

MANAGER, AIRPORT SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
The Safety Management System Manager is an integral component of the Metropolitan Airports Commission’s (MAC) focus on safety for our system of airports and, specifically, for the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport to ensure compliance and promote a safe environment. This position develops and maintains the Airport Safety Management System (SMS) program consistent with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) proposed rule for MAC, airport tenants and stakeholders and guides and directs the planning, implementation and operation of the SMS.
