DIRECTOR OF FACILITIES AND CONSTRUCTION
The Director of Facilities and Construction will lead the Facilities operations at Aspen Pitkin County Airport, including developing annual and multi-year work plans and strategies, ensuring resources are available to achieve work plans, resolving complex business issues, and establishing management practices and processes that ensure the accomplishment of performance standards. Responsible for managing the development at ASE including program funding.

AIRFIELD OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
Supervises, organizes, coordinates, & assigns work of the Airfield Maintenance operations personnel. Supervises concrete and asphalt maintenance/repair, carpentry, mechanical maintenance, snow removal, as well as grounds & lighting maintenance in accordance with FAA Part 139 CFR, Airport Certification. Responsible for inspections, documentation, follow up & close out of discrepancies at fueling locations. Issues work orders & coordinates necessary maintenance. Maintains airfield in compliance with FAA Part 139 CFR, Airport Certification. Plans, schedules, and estimates in-house construction, maintenance projects, special events and emergency response. Solicits bids/quotes and development of contracts for small construction projects/large purchases. Issues NOTAMS. Active participation in and planning of Triennial Disaster Drill. Participates in yearly FAA Part 139 Certification Inspection. Assists in the preparation of the annual budget. Remains on-call twenty-four (24) hours a day for snow removal & other emergency situations. Oversees contract airfield /construction &/or building/grounds projects.
