MANAGER, BUSINESS & SYSTEMS APPLICATIONS

SENIOR APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT ANALYST

AIRPORT OPERATIONS COORDINATOR - AIRSIDE
The Airside Operations section at George Bush Intercontinental Airport Houston (IAH) ensures a safe and secure airside operational environment for employees and stakeholders while supporting tenant activities and projects and promoting aviation within the local community. The Airside Operations Coordinator – Airside maintains a safe and secure airport environment by conducting inspections of Airside Operations and coordinating operational or security activities. The Airside Operations team ensures that the airfield meets all FAR 139 requirements to provide a safe and efficient airfield operating environment for aircraft, vehicles and personnel. This position coordinates airfield maintenance and construction activities and participates in various phases of emergency management and irregular operations, while interacting with airlines, federal agencies, and airport management. Must be able to pass a criminal background check, obtain and maintain federally mandated security clearances where required.

PROCUREMENT COORDINATOR
Plan and coordinate procurement activities pertaining to the management and maintenance of contracts and agreements; implement contract records processes; develop strategies for managing pre-award and post-award of contracts. Prepare Board and Executive Reports, correspondence, and official records; respond to public records requests. Track and report contracts and cycle periods; collect and analyze contract data processing for discrepancy and/or potential issues; make recommendations to resolve issues. Analyze procurement KPIs; ensure compliance with policies and procedures; expedite review and signature processes; provide outreach training to user departments on contracting process. AIRPORT FACILITIES MANAGER
The Clark County Department of Aviation is seeking an Airport Facilities Manager to plan, organize, coordinate, and manage the operations and staff of the airport Facilities division. Supervises and manages staff including professional, technical and support staff, liaisons with airlines, tenants, vendors, consultants, contractors, and local, state, and federal government agencies. This class provides day-today management and facilitates an in-house facilities management program and oversight of numerous facilities related service contracts. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Facilities Planning, or a related field, and five years of full-time supervisory level experience in facilities management in an airport or large, complex facility. An equivalent combination of education and closely related facilities management experience may be considered. An advanced degree is preferred.
