AARF - MANAGER OF OPERATIONAL SAFETY AND FIRE
This position is primarily responsible for planning, coordinating, and ensuring the airport is in compliance with rules and regulations set forth by the Federal Aviation Administration, the state firefighting commission, and the Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport Authority (CMAA). Position is responsible to ensure optimal hiring, training, coaching, and retention of ARFF staff to meet all local, state and federal regulatory standards and to respond to any and all emergencies at the Chattanooga Airport, ensuring the safety of the flying public. The position provides direct oversight to the Airport Operational Safety Department, which includes 9 (nine) Airport Safety Specialists. AIRPORT MANAGER
The City of Pittsfield is seeking a highly qualified individual for the position of Airport Manager, who will be responsible for all operations of the Pittsfield Municipal Airport. The Airport Manager will be responsible for all financial matters, contracts, personnel administration, correspondence, public relations, maintenance and construction, safety, grounds, and regulatory compliance and enforcement. Act as agent of the Airport Commission and be the Chief Operating Officer of the airport. Assume responsibility for optimum operational management of all functions of a municipal airport.
