AIRPORT OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
At the direction of the Airport Facilities & Operations Supervisor, acts as airport management’s representative in the enforcement of regulations, resolving problems following operating procedures and security protocols. Conducts airfield inspections, identifying and reporting all deficiencies/irregularities found on the AOA, lighting and NAVAID systems. Responsible for identifying, preventing and/or removing all hazards to aviation including FOD, wildlife, AOA incursions, unauthorized vehicle/pedestrian entry, disabled aircraft. Issues/records all NOTAMS. Investigates/logs all aircraft noise complaints. Oversee construction activities, ensure safety, report construction activities. Acts as liaison between airport and tenants regarding construction activities and operational hazards. Assists US Customs and Border Protection and Department of Agriculture during international arrivals. Conducts daily and periodic safety/quality control inspections of aviation fuel storage facility, monitors fueling operations. Operates landing fee system (logging landings, processing payments, generating invoices, etc.) Creates invoices and processes receipts for Jet-A and Avgas. Responsible for airport security. Member of Snow Removal Team.

AIRPORT OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
The Portland International Jetport is seeking Airport Operations Supervisors to join our team. Under the direction of the Operations Manager, this position plans, organizes, and supervises airside and landside operations on a rotating 24x7 schedule that includes nights, weekends, holidays, and being on-call. Responsibilities include the inspection of airside, terminal, and landside facilities, coordinating airport construction, issuing NOTAMs, ensuring FAR Part 139 compliance, coordinating special events, enforcing environmental regulations, mitigating wildlife hazards, responding to emergencies, and other duties as assigned. Reviews and acts on matters involving safety, security, and customer service. Responsible for coordinating security/driver's training. AVIATION, ASSISTANT PROFESSOR
Aviation, Assistant Professor (AA23001) Priority consideration will be given to applications received prior to October 18, 2021. Teach courses in undergraduate Aviation program, including Aviation Management courses. Teach standard teaching load of 24 credits per academic year with demonstrated competence in professional pilot and management areas of specialization. Engage in research/scholarship and service. ARFF/OPERATIONS TECHNICIAN
Performs airfield operations duties to ensure compliance with 14 CFR Part 139 and 77 regulations. Performs duties associated with the daily operation of airport facilities, maintains a safe environment for aircraft and the general public on an assigned shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays; responds to aircraft emergencies; provides aircraft rescue and firefighting services; performs emergency medical treatment. Monitors facility security per 49 CFR Part 1542 requirements. Performs parking enforcement and other customer service functions. Monitors runway conditions for snow and ice contamination. Initiates and conducts airside and landside snow removal. Minimum High School diploma or GED. Associate or Bachelor’s degree in aviation preferred. One to two years of progressively responsible related experience in aviation, security, firefighting, or a combination of education, training, and experience in the position's responsibilities.
