AIRPORT AIRFIELD ELECTRICIAN
Portland International Jetport is seeking a highly motivated self-starting individual with Master level electrician's license to manage and maintain the airfield electrical system and lighting vault at Portland's fast growing small hub airport. This is skilled technical work in the installation, maintenance, and repair of airfield electrical, communications and control systems as well as industrial power and emergency generation systems at the Airport Maintenance Complex. ME State Master Electrician License and valid Class C driver's license required; ability to successfully complete a physical assessment related to the effort regularly required in the work and successful completion of TSA background investigation per TSR part 1542. Preference given to applicants who possess the licenses and/or have airport electrical experience. OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

This position ensures compliance with regulations related to airport operations and security; conducts inspections to assure safety, security and efficiency; coordinates airport activities with police, ARFF and other emergency personnel during incidents; conducts SIDA and FAR139 required training for tenants and employees; coordinates and assists with snow removal operations.
