EXPERIENCED CIVIL ENGINEER
This position could be located in any of our California offices. Responsibilities: leading design of aviation engineering projects; determining fees and scopes of work; developing construction documents; assisting with contract agreements; preparing reports, budgets, cost estimates, specifications, plans, schedules, studies, and permits; leading client interactions and communications with aviation clients; project management tasks; and serving as the onsite project engineer on construction projects. Travel will be required. The successful candidate must have all: a bachelor’s degree (or higher) in civil engineering. At least eight years of relevant experience. PE license in any state with ability to obtain California PE within six months of start date The ideal experience includes any/all of the following: leading aviation engineering design projects; project management; plan design and specification writing; scope and fee development; construction cost estimating; report writing; client interaction and management; construction observation and administration; AutoCAD Civil3D design software.

SENIOR AVIATION PROPERTY MANAGER
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. Three years of experience in the management of concession contracts or retail leases to include experience in contract management and lease development are required. Applicants qualifying for employment with the Miami-Dade Aviation Department will be subject to extensive security screening, including but not limited to fingerprint checks, employment verification and such other procedures as may be mandated by federal law. The security clearance required by federal law is a continuing condition of employment. Experience working at an airport, or other high-volume retail environment is preferred. AIRPORT SCHEDULING COORDINATOR
