The Birmingham Airport Authority is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to direct and manage all financial and fiscal management functions of the Authority’s operations and to be responsible for adhering to GAAP for safeguarding the Authority's assets. This position also provides leadership and management of the administrative, business planning, accounting and budgeting efforts of the Authority. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting, Master's Degree preferred and ten (10) years of experience in senior-level finance or accounting position with five (5) years’ experience in airport finance or management with familiarity with airport revenue sources and FAA federal grant programs. AIRPORTS DIVISION DEPUTY DIRECTOR
The Airports Division, part of the Real Estate Assets Department (READ), is responsible for operating two general aviation airports, Montgomery-Gibbs Executive Airport and Brown Field Airport, within the City of San Diego. Deputy Director is responsible for safe and efficient operation of two General Aviation airports in compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and local regulations, especially FAA Grant Assurances. In addition, the Deputy Director of Airports must manage the airports in a risk-adverse manner, demonstrate political acumen, within and outside the City organization, present high-level briefings to management and elected bodies, interpret complex concepts to upper management and the public, manage an enterprise fund budget, compose and present Reports to Council, oversee existing property and promote new development, maintain a responsive dialog with federal, State, and local agencies, manage personnel, create and submit to the FAA 5-Year Airport Capital Improvement Plans, apply, manage and closeout FAA Grants.

Culmen International LLC is seeking a Program Manager to support the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Equipment and Deployment Support (TEDS) ID/IQ contract. This position is contingent upon contract award. The Program Manager will have responsibility in the area of passenger screening, specifically Computed Tomography (CT) technology. The work requires rigorous project planning and execution, including establishment of and tracking against a project baseline (scope, schedule, and budget), project status reporting, stakeholder coordination (TSA, airport authorities, airlines, subcontractors), supervision of technical and administrative support staff, oversight of subcontracts, and internal management reporting (e. g., financial forecasts, program reviews). Role and responsibilities include: Work with minimal direction and at a high level of independence in resolving problems and establishing an approach for a solution. Interface with TSA, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), subcontractor, and airport stakeholders. Achieve all technical, schedule, and financial targets of assigned projects and establish milestones and monitor adherence.

Entry level position. Performs various duties at Tweed-New Haven Airport as dictated by operational requirements, including responding to airport alerts, snow removal, recording of aircraft movements, performing airport and security inspections. Duties include airside and landside inspections, periodic safety and quality control inspections of aviation fuel storage facility and fueling operations, safety and environmental compliance, emergency response, NOTAM management, wildlife management, and communications duties on an as-needed basis.
