MAINTENANCE MANAGER
The Airport Maintenance Manager will be a participatory leader: a results-oriented, relationship-building, self-aware team player who also possesses high integrity, is detail oriented, and fosters trust by building relationships with patience and support in order to provide the best possible services to Airport's customers. The Airport Maintenance Manager directs, plans, manages, and organizes all functions and responsibilities associated with the safe operation of the Airport’s Airside, Landside, and Terminal Maintenance operations. The City of Palm Springs is seeking an Executive Director for The Palm Springs International Airport (PSP). The Executive Director will provide administrative direction and management oversight under the general administrative direction and broad policy guidance of the City Manager. Responsibilities include planning, directing, managing and overseeing airport operations, air service development, financial, customer experience and property administration, economic development, facilities maintenance, airport security and public relations. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university with major course work in public administration, business administration, or a related airport field or any equivalent combination of education, experience and training. AIRPORT FACILITIES MANAGER - LAS
The Clark County Department of Aviation is seeking an Airport Facilities Manager to plan, organize, coordinate, and manage the operations and staff of the airport Facilities division. Supervises and manages staff including professional, technical and support staff, liaisons with airlines, tenants, vendors, consultants, contractors, and local, state, and federal government agencies. This class provides day-today management and facilitates an in-house facilities management program and oversight of numerous facilities related service contracts. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Facilities Planning, or a related field, and five years of full-time supervisory level experience in facilities management in an airport or large, complex facility. An equivalent combination of education and closely related facilities management experience may be considered. An advanced degree is preferred.
