SECURITY SITE MANAGER - PHX
Covenant Aviation Security (CAS) has a potential opening for a Site Security Manager at the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX). The filling of this position is contingent upon contract award. The position is responsible for directing and implementing all assigned functional security programs related to 49 CFR Part 1542 for airport security functions at this airport. Frequently interacts within the airport community including, but not limited to the airport authority, airlines, TSA, law enforcement, and local government officials.

DIRECTOR OF ACCOUNTING
The Finance division performs a diverse array of financial functions for this highly complex organization. Broadly, your responsibility will be to manage the accounting department which is responsible for administering revenue and expenses. This is an integral part of both the Finance Division and the airport, in it you will lead a team of accounting professional in daily accounting operations including revenue, expenditures, general ledger, and capital assets. Directs the accounting division within a Denver International Airport. Develops annual and multi-year work plans and strategies to meet business needs. Develops and directs the implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and work standards to ensure success. Communicates business and work area plans and goals to managers and/or supervisors to secure buy-in. Reviews, approves, and implements recommended changes to plans and leads the development of process and/or operational improvements.

AVIATION PARKING SUPERINTENDENT
The City of Phoenix Aviation Department is seeking a Parking Superintendent to oversee the Airport Parking Program at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. The Parking Program is comprised of approximately 25,500 parking spaces across nine facilities with approximately $85 million in annual gross revenue. This position oversees the Parking Section, including five staff. The primary responsibilities of this position include administration and compliance oversight of the $9 million parking services management contract, ensuring great customer service, strategic planning, developing innovative measures, designing and implementing efficient, streamlined processes, and owning the Section’s Profit and Loss and Key Performance Indicators. This position negotiates and manages business agreements, prepares an annual budget, coordinates employee parking meetings, prepares and presents executive briefings, board reports, and City Council requests, and interacts with private sector and government entities, and other City Departments. This position coordinates with Aviation Divisions including Finance, Planning, Operations, Facilities, Audit, and Legal.
