The Assistant Manager, Customer Service assists the FBO Manager in overseeing the customer service area ensuring exceptional customer service and the management of all customer service employees. Ellis Airport (OAJ) is safe and efficient by performing operations and airfield maintenance functions, as well as Airport Rescue and Firefighting (ARFF) duties. Duties include maintaining and inspecting airfield grounds and facilities; performing ARFF duties, which include controlling and extinguishing fires and rescuing persons endangered by aircraft accidents; will ensure the safety of our users at OAJ by complying with the requirements of the Federally mandated Airport Certification Manual and Airport Emergency Plan. May respond to vehicle accidents, hazmat incidents, and perform related work as apparent or assigned. Work is performed under the close supervision of the ARFF Captain.
