AIRPORT SECURITY MANAGER
The Ontario International Airport Authority (OIAA) is seeking an Airport Security Manager. An employee of this class manages security and safety compliance at the Ontario International Airport (ONT), including access control security and Transportation Security Administration (TSA) compliance. Incumbents in this classifications may act as the liaison between OIAA and other local, State and Federal law enforcement agencies on Homeland Security, Intelligence and Emergency Operations issues. The Airport Security Manager develops policies and procedures specific to the area of responsibility; determines budgetary needs; administers budgets; is responsible for the training and development of personnel under his or her charge; may be tasked to provide security and safety related training to other sections and staff; oversees the activities of the security badging office at OIAA; and works in collaboration with the Ontario Police Department to ensure that the Airport Security Plan is kept current and in compliance with the TSA’s requirements.
