PRINCIPAL PLANNER (AVIATION PLANNER)
The NH DOT, Bureau of Aeronautics has a vacancy for a Principal Planner (Aviation Planner) Job ID 10479. To perform planning functions needed to develop, maintain and keep current Airport Master Plans and State Systems Plans. Collects, compiles and analyzes economic and aviation data necessary to prepare reports and makes recommendations regarding airport development and upgrades based upon forecast demands. Conducts on-site investigation of aircraft accident/incidents and performs airport safety inspections. Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree with study related to planning, civil or aeronautical engineering, community development, law, business administration, or aerospace and aviation studies and five years professional experience in planning, engineering or experience in a related field as specified above. Applicant may substitute commercial pilot certification for one year of total experience required. Applicant must possess a Federal Aviation Administration Private Pilot’s License. Commercial Pilot License is preferred but not required. Masters Degree is preferred.

ARFF/OPERATIONS 1
Performs duties associated with ARFF response and Public Safety; maintains a safe environment for the airport, aircraft, and the general public; responds to aircraft emergencies; provides aircraft rescue and firefighting; performs emergency medical treatment to injured persons; and serves as a public safety officer working to ensure the safety of those using the airport. Specific public safety duties include: performs perimeter and terminal security, parking enforcement, badging and other airport security related issues. This position reports directly to the ARFF Chief/Public Safety Manager or the ARFF Captain depending on time of duty. JACKSON COUNTY OREGON AIRPORT PROGRAM MANAGER II
Pay Range $66,996.80-$85,508.80/Annually The Jackson County Airport is looking for a well-rounded, hands-on individual who can hit the ground running to manage its Safety and Security program. The program is responsible for providing and maintaining the security and safety of the Airport by meeting all Federal, State, and County requirements.
