PROJECT ANALYST
Purpose: The Project Analyst will provide critical data to support various project teams. Research and analysis functions may include budget tracking and financial forecasting. The Project Analyst helps maintain project controls and administrative services processes and procedures for Massport and ensures their execution on all projects. The Project Analyst will also be expected to perform other functions, including but not limited to cost control, schedule control, change review, contract, and process adherence for multiple various scale projects. AIRPORT MANAGER
Performs daily airfield inspections; removes debris from runway; changes light bulbs on navigational equipment and airfield lighting; coordinates the removal of wildlife from airport; ensures compliance with FAA safety rules and regulations; responds to airport emergencies; directs appropriate emergency response; develops emergency procedures; oversees all airfield construction; coordinates activities with on-site consultant inspection personnel; coordinates and attends pre-bid and pre-construction meetings; develops and implements the five year FAA Capital Improvement Plan; develops and implements airport policies and procedures; manages airport maintenance activities; serves as liaison with outside counsel for airport-related legal matters; updates City Council and administrators concerning legal concerns; trains tenants, employees and contractors concerning airport gate access procedures and ground vehicle operation policies; manages private hangar lease operations; conducts hangar inspections; issues letters of default for non-payment; coordinates lease agreements; directs the maintenance of airport vehicle and equipment; develops marketing strategies; performs related duties.
