IT PROJECT MANAGER
1.Plan, organize, execute, and monitor information technology projects; partner with relevant stakeholders to develop statements of work; develop, maintain, and track project timelines and schedules, ensuring projects are completing on-time and within budget. 2.Oversee successful installation and implementation of small and large scale IT projects; collaborate with stakeholders to design IT solutions that meet end-user needs; coordinate quality testing to ensure the delivered system or product meets end-user needs. 3.Define project roles and responsibilities with the designated project team; manage change in project scope, schedule, and cost; prepare reports, presentations and documentation as required. 4.Partner with stakeholders to develop requests for proposals, consulting agreements and similar contracts; manage, monitor, and review the work of consultants and ensure contract requirements are satisfied; review and approve tenant requests as it pertains to I&TS upgrades and/or changes.

DIRECTOR, AIRPORT OPERATIONS
The Maryland Aviation Administration is currently accepting applications for the position of Director, Airport Operations (Airport Management Officer III) at Martin State Airport in Baltimore County, MD. Responsibilities included but are not limited to: Managing daily airport operations, commercial services, safety/security services and airport construction; Enforcing all airport rules and regulations, and managing aircraft emergencies for the protection of life and property; Responding to airport emergencies and overall emergency command and control; Directing the inspection of runways, taxiways and ramps through airport operations staff; Coordinating with the Assistant Chief of Maintenance on snow and ice control; Preparing and monitoring the budget in coordination with the Director of Administration and the Assistant Chief of Maintenance; Meeting with clients to discuss contract terms, rates and conditions; and Utilizing data to analyze trends, compile reports, make budget projections, analyze customer trends and plan for staffing changes.
