AIRPORT DUTY GENERAL MANAGER - COMMERCIAL SERVICES
Reporting to the General Manager. The position will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of commercial operations, including Properties and Commercial Development, Airport Concessions, Parking and Cargo Programs. The commercial development organization is the primary driver of the department’s revenue, which includes fixed rentals, activity-based revenue (such as public parking), and cost recovery agreements with airlines. This position will lead negotiations and relationships with our airport partners to significantly improve our airports’ standing among world class airports while ensuring that the department achieves its revenue objectives. Through the strategic execution of lease agreements, the candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all agreements contain key performance indicators, service level agreements, and reflect a governance structure that ensures an optimal, integrated operating model for our airport.

AIRPORT SECURITY COMPLIANCE ANALYST
Provides support to the San Antonio International Airport - Security Division by ensuring that the airport remains in compliance with all security requirements regulated by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), all Security Directives, the Airport Security Program, and Airport Rules and Regulations. Provides guidance to airport tenants and users regarding security issues. Conducts security inspections of airport property to assess compliance of minimum standards pursuance to local, state, and federal regulations. Performs regular security inspections of tenant facilities, terminals, and airport grounds to ensure compliance. Files/maintains the monthly documentation of compliance inspections. Reviews all security-related functions. Conducts multiple security assessments, audits, and security tests. Assists with processing security violations. AIRPORT SAFETY OFFICER IV
Contra Costa County Public Works Department is accepting applications to fill an Airport Safety Officer IV (ASO IV) vacancy for Buchanan Airport. The ASO IV, under general supervision, performs full range of daily airport operations, maintenance, security and safety work activities in a county airport. This class is responsible for organizing daily work activities and providing lead direction to subordinates engaged in aircraft crash, fire suppression, rescue responses, inspection, maintenance, and aviation security of airport facilities; provides training to subordinate staff; and performs related work as required. ASO IV receives direction from the Assistant Director of Airports.
