CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER - FSP
The General Manager | Chief Operating Officer is responsible for the safe, secure, efficient, and ethical oversight of the daily operations, maintenance and concessions of the property and equipment at New York Stewart International Airport. The position will also be responsible for compliance with rules, regulations, and policies affecting the Airport and Airport’s personnel, as issued by all pertinent authorities. This position will report directly to the FSP Board of Directors, serving as a liaison between these bodies and all other contractors, subcontractors and stakeholders. Will directly supervise several direct reports. Also, will carry out responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies, applicable regulations, including public relations, government affairs, strategic planning, commercial program leadership, identification and implementation of cost efficiencies, oversight of construction projects, training, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, addressing complaints, resolving potential challenges, participation in management hiring, discipline, goal setting and performance appraisals.

BIM/CAD COORDINATOR
Aviation Facilities Company Management, LLC (AFCO) is looking for a Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) Coordinator dedicated to support design and construction projects on behalf of the Company during all stages of development, as well as providing support to the Operations, Real Estate/Leasing, Facilities and Business Development departments within Company’s portfolio. REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT DEPUTY VICE PRESIDENT
The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority is seeking a Real Estate Development Deputy Vice President for our Dulles, VA office. The successful incumbent will manage all aspects of the real estate development function on behalf of the Airports Authority. AIRPORT OPERATIONS MANAGER
Under the general direction of the Airport Deputy Director, this position will manage the operations department to ensure the safe, efficient and secure operations of all facilities and airport grounds. Duties include supervision of, and participation in, maintenance activities, conducting inspections, snow removal, ensuring regulatory compliance, enforcing environmental regulations, ARFF training, and oversight of the wildlife hazard mitigation program and responding to emergencies. This position reviews and acts on matters involving safety, security, customer service, and other situations as they impact tenants and passengers. Develops and implements approved Airport security, certification, and safety, and environmental programs in accordance with FAA, TSA, and DNR regulations and Airport guidelines. The ideal candidate will be a driven self-starter who takes initiative to solve problems and perform tasks with limited instruction. AIRPORT FACILITIES MANAGER
This Departmental Management work performs highly responsible administrative, technical, and managerial work in planning, organizing, decision making, and directing facility maintenance support activities at the St Pete-Clearwater International Airport. AIRPORT OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
POSITION SUMMARY Under general supervision, responsible for all Airport checks, inspections, security checks, communications, work order, airport security system oversight, CCTV monitoring, escort coordination and emergency response. Provide emergency and non-emergency communications response to individuals and entities that request or require support services from Police, Fire, EMS, ARFF, FBO, or Security at PSA. CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER - HSV
The Huntsville Madison County Airport Authority is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to perform administrative and financial management work in directing the business, accounting, financial, purchasing, MIS, DBE, property, and related functions of the Airport Authority. Key job functions include directing and participating in the maintenance of financial records; preparing of annual operating and capital budgets; administering the contracts, leases, and the DBE program; ensuring FAA financial report requirements and bond covenants are met and financial internal controls are in place and the cash reserves are invested properly; overseeing PFC and FAA grant programs. Bachelors’ degree in accounting, business, or public administration. A minimum of eight years’ experience in accounting or finance that includes experience in managing diverse administrative functions is required.
