CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATOR/ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER
Responsible for assisting Project Manager in coordinating the activities of the Mobile Airport Authority’s construction projects to ensure cost, schedule, document control and quality standards are met. Prepare and assist with pre-installation meetings. Assist PM in the development of the overall project schedule and work to obtain all necessary permits upon request. Possess the ability to review drawings and specifications to become completely familiar with the project and identify long lead times and critical path items. Complete sub evaluations/comparisons of bids, scope review, and complete buyout as requested by PM. Develop a project submittal log and obtain designer’s approval. Manage said submittal log and ensure all submittals are processed promptly. Ensure contracts, insurance, and bonds are current and received before subcontractor performs any work on site. Work collaboratively with outside parties (i.e. the design team, etc.) to accomplish client goals. Complete other applicable duties as assigned by PM.

CWA OPERATIONS & MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN II
Operation and Maintenance Technician II’s are primarily responsible for ensuring the airport’s day to day regulatory compliance of all applicable federal, state, and local requirements; the overall maintenance of the airfield, buildings, and fleet; and delivering exceptional customer service. The following duties are normal for this position. Other duties may be required and assigned. -Provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders -Ensure regulatory compliance through regular review, update and adherence of various documents and manuals -Perform airport custodial services including cleaning floors, windows and restrooms, emptying wastebaskets, and ensuring the clean appearance of the passenger terminal building -Conduct security inspections and patrols as specified in the Airport Security Plan, Security Directives, or airport security protocols -Conduct non-movement area snow removal; operate snow blowers, powered brooms, plow trucks, and shovels to effectively and safely remove snow and ice -Perform landside mowing; operate riding mowers, push mowers, and various trimmers

AIRPORT OPERATIONS MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
RESPONSIBILITIES: Enforces airport ordinances and FAA regulations applicable to airport users, tenants, contractors and the public. Coordinates the building maintenance and housekeeping staff and activities at Dayton International Airport, Dayton Wright Brothers Airport and the Dayton Heliport on a 24-hour, 7-day per week basis. Assists the Operations/Maintenance Coordinator in the development of specifications and bid appraisal process for building maintenance services and equipment to ensure maximum necessary service at the lowest cost. Supervises the runway checks, airfield signage, terminal cleaning, general repair, staff services, heating and air conditioning equipment and structural problems that may arise.

DEPUTY POLICE CHIEF

The Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority (RTAA) is seeking an experienced Human Resources leader to serve as the Vice-President of Human Resources (HR). The Vice-President of HR is a strategic and transformational partner in the on-going success and future growth of the RTAA. Reporting to the RTAA's Executive Vice-President/Chief Operating Officer, the Vice-President of HR is a key member of the senior leadership team. This position exercises considerable judgment in managing a comprehensive HR program, which includes talent acquisition and management, employee development, employee/labor relations, compensation, benefits and wellness, HRIS/analytics, and performance management. In addition, the position provides expert professional assistance and guidance to management on all human resources related matters. The nature of the position requires the ability to establish, maintain and foster effective working relationships; and the ability to analyze problems, project consequences, identify alternatives, and implement timely and effective solutions in support of RTAA's strategic goals, objectives and initiatives.
