This person will participate on a diverse team of Port stakeholders to shape PDX strategies and tactics of multiple complex capital projects, with a focus on preserving business operations, maximizing revenue, and facilitating business continuity of the PDX airlines, concessionaires, and other key PDX terminal tenants.

Provide emergency and non-emergency communications response to individuals and entities that request or require support services from Police, Fire, EMS, ARFF, FBO, or Security at Port San Antonio. JOB FUNCTIONS -Lead day-to-day activities of Kelly Field through a 24-hour operations center. -Monitor security/emergency equipment and/or systems and closed circuit television monitors, report breaches of security to security patrols, other appropriate personnel. -Answer emergency and non-emergency phone calls, determine nature of request and act upon phone call. -Provide customer service to PASA employees, other governmental agencies and tenants by performing duties such as providing work related and emergency information. -Receive and relay of aircraft operations to AMOps. Monitor Unicom frequency and process NOTAMs.

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Under the direction of the Executive Director/Chief Executive Officer, leads the team of Vice Presidents and management staff regarding the direction and coordination of all work activity involving Management & Operations and Planning & Development. Assists divisions with major problem resolution and participates in overall goal setting. Initiates policy and procedure changes that support staff efficiency and productivity. Represents MAC to federal, state, regional and local government units regarding issues affecting all airport services, as necessary. Provides oversight and direction toward achievement of annual operational goals and objectives by each division in accordance with MAC policy, regulatory standards, and applicable law. Provides guidance to staff to focus efforts on MAC's mission and vision.
