CAPITAL PROJECT MANAGER III
PURPOSE: Lead and manage complex airfield capital construction projects of varying size and scope, independently or as part of larger capital construction projects, at Sea-Tac International Airport working with multiple internal and external stakeholders and governmental agencies. AIRPORT OPERATIONS OFFICER
This position works under and reports to the Airport Operations Supervisor and performs various duties at the airport as directed by operational requirements. Follows established guidelines and procedures to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the airport and the surrounding airport facilities. *Maintains airport safety under FAR part 139 and reporting any discrepancies. *Updates and maintain all required records on the computer based Airport Operations Daily Log. *Upon Qualifying for USDA Wildlife Hazardous Management Training Program, perform wildlife mitigation services on an airport operating areas. *Perform airport security inspections and video monitoring under requirements of TSR1542. *Respond to any unauthorized entry of persons or vehicles on the ramps and AOA. Update and maintain work orders to ensure airfield conditions, vehicle discrepancies, and facility repairs are reported and completed. *Perform tasks during Winter Operations, file NOTAM's, Airfield Self Inspections, and update airfield condition reports.

ASSISTANT CITY ATTORNEY III - NEW ORLEANS AVIATION BOARD
The Assistant City Attorney III assigned to the New Orleans Aviation Board (“NOAB”) provides legal assistance to the General Counsel and Deputy Director of Legal Affairs and offers guidance to executive staff and airport departments on questions that arise relating to the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport. This position reports directly to the NOAB General Counsel. Responsibilities: Offer guidance on a broad range of complex legal issues impacting the airport including but not limited to: Advising on issues concerning NOAB operations, FAA regulations, and other legal issues unique to airports. Coordinate all legal issues with the Airport’s Procurement Department including bids, RFPs and RFQs. Provide legal advice regarding security issues, including TSA airside regulations/AOA issues •employment law •Monitor and advise on insurance covered litigation •Address issues concerning Public Records and TSA-Classified Sensitive Security Information •Research issues and provide summary briefs. ANNUAL SALARY: $62,899.20 - $76,024.00 CLOSING DATE: 01/03/2019 11:59 PM POSITION SUMMARY: Direct, manage, supervise and coordinate airport security and the security access control functions for the Aviation Department; oversee the operation of the Airport Security Program (ASP); coordinate security requirements with appropriate Federal, State and local agencies including airline and airport tenants; monitor and evaluate the workplace to ensure compliance with the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) regulations and the Airport Security Plan; develop and implement security training for all airport employees; and provide highly responsible and complex staff assistance to the Associate Director of Aviation Operations and Planning. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in aviation administration, criminal justice, emergency management, business administration or a related field, plus seven (7) years of airport security operations experience at a medium or large hub airport, to include four (4) years of direct supervisory experience.

AIRPORT OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
