ENVIRONMENTAL PLANNER/NEPA SPECIALIST
HMMH has an immediate opening for an Environmental Planner: Senior National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) Specialist. Our Senior NEPA Specialist will provide project management and documentation support for airport environmental projects. Experience performing technical tasks and supporting client relationships to craft solutions that meet and balance both small and large environmental project challenges is a key requirement. The ideal candidate will perform technical analysis to develop and evaluate alternatives, research and write technical reports, prepare NEPA documents, and participate in public involvement processes for a variety of transportation and other projects. You will contribute to the strategic direction and growth of the environmental practice area and may be expected to work on project proposals, provide business development support, and participate in industry events.

AIRPORT MANAGER
JOB DUTIES: Supervise office and maintenance staff to include: hiring; planning work flow; training management; ensuring personnel compliance; evaluating performance; and implementing workplace policies. Develop and manages the Airport’s Budget, including multiple airport funds. Develop and implement an annual marketing plan for the airport and its properties. Serve as liaison, manage compliance, and file all necessary reports with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and all other applicable state and federal agencies. Develop, manage, and implement Airport’s long-range Capital Improvement Plan, Airport Layout Plan, and Master Plan. Negotiate and monitor leases for individuals and business who lease or rent space on Airport property. Maintain compliance with all applicable commercial service airport security and environmental standards. Prepare and manage state and federal grant programs. Ensure that all aspects of the Airport Office run effectively, including billing, AP, accounts receivable, and credit card transactions.
