AIRPORT SECURITY SUPERVISOR
JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for providing a safe and secure environment at the San Antonio International Airport by recognizing and responding to violations of local, state, and federal regulations and ordinances. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Monitors airport tenants areas for possible violations or non-compliance with Airport Rules and Regulations, Airport Security Program (ASP), and other applicable regulations. Coordinates security compliance activities; access point alarm checks, alarm response, proper display of airport identification media in the Security Identification Display Area, random vehicle/ID checks in the secured areas and airport construction projects that impact airport security. Responds to security emergencies and implements Airport Security Plan and/or Airport Emergency Plan. Makes immediate and vital decisions affecting the airport and air carriers during airport security emergencies. Inspects terminal sterile areas, public access areas, air carrier ramps, secured area direct access points, perimeter access points associated areas to ensure compliance with Transportation Security Administration.

DEPUTY EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Responsible for the day to day operation of the airport. Also responsible for long term strategic planning, masterplan, preparation of capital improvement plans and financial planning of the Airport. Serves in capacity of Executive Director in his/her absence. Oversee Operations, Finance, Facilities, PP&D, Purchasing and Air Service Departments. Coordinate and oversee airside and landside expansion projects. Also coordinates implementation of projects that require AIP, PFC, and other Federal or State funds. Oversee preparation of Master Plan updates, FAR Part 150 Noise Study Updates and ongoing Capital Improvement plans. Maintain compliance with Federal regulations as they relate to certification and security by reviewing technical manuals and staying abreast of legal changes.
