AIRPORT SUPERINTENDENT
AVP has an opening for an Airport Superintendent. This is a 100%, full-time, benefits eligible position. Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications. Start date is as soon as possible after the close of the search. The Airport Superintendent ensures 24/7 oversight of operations, safety, security, and maintenance functions of the airport. The Airport Superintendent will implement the Snow and Ice Control Plan (SICP), hold pre-season and post-season meetings with stakeholders. The individual in this role will oversee and implement the airport certification program under 14 CFR Part 139, maintain the ACM, and CFR Part 77. The Airport Superintendent will respond to airport emergencies. The Airport Superintendent provides safety, security, and operations training to staff. ASSISTANT AIRPORT SUPERINTENDENT

The Assistant Airport Superintendent Assists in the direction of the maintenance/upkeep/repair of all Airport-owned properties, structures, and vehicles including the airfield and all of its related facilities. Responsible for direction of shift supervisors and all maintenance personnel, custodial personnel and mechanics. Responsible for maintaining all facilities in accordance with applicable standards including all safety and security rules. Knowledge of 14 CFR Part 139 and CFR Part 77 preferred. DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SAFETY

SR MAINTENANCE WORKER
We are looking to hire one Senior Maintenance Worker to perform maintenance for the City of Fort Worth Aviation Department at Spinks Airport. The work will be in close proximity of aircraft operations. Typical work includes filling ruts, grading, maintaining barricades, repair airport signs and lights, facility repairs, painting, mowing, weeding, herbicide application, snow removal, electrical, fence repair and other duties as assigned. Must have clear and concise two-way radio communication while working under pressure. Applicant must have the ability to operate snow/ice removal equipment on ramps, taxiways and runways and be available for inclement weather conditions.

BUSINESS STRATEGY & SPONSORSHIP DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
1.Conduct complex new business and sponsorship negotiations and transactions; prepare and facilitate selection processes for Requests for Proposals; prepare and administer airport-related real property, sponsorship and new business agreements, such as leases, operating agreements, easements, permits, licenses, etc. 2.Analyze the financial qualifications of prospective business operators and partners; develop strategies for establishing revenue generating partnerships. 3.Prepare and present updates, proposals and other relevant information pertaining to new business opportunities, sponsorships and programs to the Board, developers, contractors, consultants and stakeholders from other jurisdictions. 4.Partner with the Program Manager to develop strategies for new business and sponsorships opportunities to generate non-airline revenue. 5.Research and manage assigned properties, projects and programs; participate in developing program and project plans and budgets; conduct market analyses of real property; perform periodic renegotiation of rates and charges.
